Self Serve Fuel System

On July 24, 2007, the City of Nacogdoches began offering the first-ever aircraft self-serve fueling at A. L. Mangham, Jr. Regional Airport. The new self-serve system features connections to either Avgas or Jet A fuels.  Located adjacent to the City’s Fixed Base Operations building on the east side of the airport, the self-serve fueling system is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

The credit card reader system is equipped with a lighted system that allows easier after-dark use.  Fuel Tech manufactured the two double-wall 12,000-gallon tanks and the fuel supplier is Shell Aviation.

With the added capability to buy fuel in greater volume, A. L. Mangham, Jr. Regional Airport’s prices are some of the lowest in the region.
