Utility Billing / Customer Service


The primary mission of Utility Billing is to bill for utility services provided to the customers of the City of Nacogdoches, collection of funds from these billings, and to provide customer support for City of Nacogdoches utility customers.


Customer Service

Customer Service is responsible for the billing of city provided utility services, the collection and accounting of funds from the billings, and for providing customer support for city utility customers.

Meter Reading

Meter Reading is responsible for providing accurate meter readings for utility billings, the installation of new utility meters, the maintenance of existing meters, and the connection and disconnection of utility service.

Payment Methods

The City has a convenient Kiosk Machine located at 209 S. Pecan open 24 hours a day, and the lobby inside City Hall is open Monday-Friday 8-5.

Confidentiality Notice

Customers of the City of Nacogdoches Utility Billing Department have the option to request that personal information be kept confidential, in the event of a Public Information Act request.

We are providing you with the Confidentiality Form (PDF), which you may complete if you choose to have your information confidential. There is a $10.00 administrative fee for this service.
